Alex acquired Sarnia Estate Agents from long term friends Noel and Pat Le Tissier in June 2009. After working for a local agency for a number of years his extensive catalogue of contacts and reputation combined, means that every property we have will have the greatest marketing and local exposure possible. As Managing Director, Alex is responsible for overseeing that the company continues to provide unparalleled levels of professionalism, property sales and client satisfaction.

Steve has been a Conveyancing clerk for nearly 14 years and has been involved in excess of 2000 conveyances. He brings with him that knowledge and experience, enabling the company to provide you with advice on all Conveyancing matters. This will include providing boundary opinions at the property take on stage so if a potential problem is found, you can go to your Advocate at an early stage which will greatly reduce delays of the sale of your property.

Sarah's vital role within the company is ensuring that the sales are facilitated by an office based co-ordinator who works directly with Alex, Steve & Dominic, enabling them to do what they do best - sell houses! Sarah also handles the legal procedures, surveys and queries of your property purchase or sale.

Susan is a receptionist in the office, dealing with telephone enquiries, offices administration, processing property details and handling the Company's advertising. An integral part of the team, she assists in the smooth running of our busy office.

Alison Ford

Alison brings with her a wealth of knowledge from both the retail industry and people management, having until recently been Company Director at one of the islands premier garages running their large Accounts Department. Alison caught the property bug from renovating two large properties and when Alex approached her to run the day to day book keeping within the Company she jumped at the chance.
